Moon Close Up - 10/11/25
Sat Oct 18 2025
A close-up of the Moon through my telescope. I had some extra time one morning when my main target was still hidden behind the trees, so I turned to the Moon instead. Even a quick look along the terminator, the line dividing lunar day from night, throws the craters and mountains into sharp relief as long shadows stretch across the surface.
