NGC7380 - The Wizard Nebula
Thu Aug 24 2023
The Wizard Nebula surrounds a young star cluster in the constellation Cepheus, its billowing gas suggesting the shape of a robed wizard. It is one of my most-imaged targets; I keep coming back to it. The cluster's hot young stars light up and sculpt the surrounding hydrogen, sulfur, and oxygen.
