Wed Oct 11 2023
A close-up of part of the Soul Nebula, a large star-forming region in the constellation Cassiopeia. Inside these towering pillars of gas and dust, new stars are being born, and their radiation sculpts the surrounding clouds into the dramatic ridges and hollows you see here.
